Gourmet coffee less than a block from the Light Rail Station on Beacon Hill. Great coffee, fast service. Perfect place to meet and chill out too! Chai is awsome too! Friendly too! However, do bring your pennies.. they may still be a 'cash-only' shop... but maybe they got that fixed by now.
